Cebean started as a consulting practice, and consulting is still the front door for most engagements. But after two decades in IT and business analysis across public and private sector work, the same gaps kept appearing: manual processes nobody had time to automate, compliance risk nobody was tracking, growth plans with no readiness behind them.
