I've sat inside dozens of implementation projects: the highs, the lows, the risks nobody flagged until it was too late. I started Cebean to put that experience to work for businesses that don't have twenty years to spare learning it themselves.
Why I do both
I founded Cebean in 2004. Consulting came first. The same gaps kept repeating: manual work, untracked risk, growth plans with no readiness behind them, so I started building software to close them for good. ExportReady and 1099watch both started exactly that way. For hands-on builds, I bring in a trusted network of developers, architects, and specialists, scoped to what the project actually needs, not a fixed bench sitting on a bill. I also work bilingually (EN/FR), natively, not just translated.
